Hobkin Cottage is a Seventeenth Century stone whitewashed cottage with views to the fells, in the Lickle Valley, five miles west of Coniston Water, near to the hamlet of Broughton Mills.

For those looking to stay for a while and explore, Hobkin Cottage is an ideal place to relax and unwind and "get away from it all".

The self contained cottage, is part of a farmhouse and is traditionally decorated, has a log fire, many exposed oak beams, original period features and electric central heating.

The well known Seventeenth Century Blacksmiths Arms is just a short stroll (10 mins) from the cottage and is a good place to eat.

Sitting/Dining Room, very spacious, with exposed beams, log fire, widescreen television, video, DVD player.

Kitchen fully fitted, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Bedroom with double bed, garden views and door to the garden.
Shower room with shower and w.c.

Ample parking to the front of the cottage. Electric is included and initial fuel for the fire. Cot available. Sleeps 2. Sorry no pets.
